01.The Challenge
Building an AI chatbot that strictly restricts its responses to uploaded PDF content, avoiding hallucinations or off-topic answers, while maintaining smooth chat history management and multi-document support.
02.The Solution
Integrated an LLM pipeline using vector embeddings to parse and index PDF content, then constrained responses to retrieved document chunks. Designed a familiar chat UI with a history sidebar, new chat flow, and a clear onboarding message that sets user expectations from the start.
